I'm not convinced that finding more cobolt at CLA or CAZ would do a whole lot for either SP.
We know there is boatload of cobolt already at CLA as possibly CAZ.
Finding more whilst always welcome is going to do little of the SP right now.
The problem is at these prices nobody can afford to dig it up let alone justify the infrastructure to get set up.
That will change. Most likely very quickly when cobolt does finally take off. But it hasn't happened yet. Somethings going on at CAZ that's independent to developments at CLA I believe.
Maybe even a Nura style take over bid ? the iron play maybe but personally I just can't get excited about Iron Ore.
