"Axiom Mining announced a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to raise up to $4.9m to Eligible Shareholders of: 1 new Axiom Share for every 10 Axiom Shares held at the record date of 6 March 2019, at an offer price of $0.10 per New Axiom Share, plus 4 Attaching Options, for every 1 New Axiom Shares allotted.
