Well the term sheet said at the top : "NOT FOR RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION,DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN OR INTO THE UNITEDSTATES OF AMERICA", so I'm thinking it is ok to release here. I've just now read the very small print at the end of the term sheet: "This document has been distributed in confidence and may not be reproduced or disclosed to any other person.".
