OW, if you have a chance give SB a call (maybe a little busy taking other calls though today i suspect lol!!). May put your mind at ease as it did mine. A small raise for some immediate funding requirements and to shore up the books whilst negotiations take place. Testing/reserves very much on track but expected (as we originally suspected) after OA expiry.....simply extending the OA date wouldn't provide required short term funds. Miffed that sophs get such a deal (again) and will no doubt hold the sp back in the short term, but i guess the alternative rights issue to existing holders requires higher fee and time constraints. Was not expecting this at all and I'm as sceptical as the next guy/gal.....Time to go walk the dog down the beach and get some fresh air.
