Now that's an interesting piece of news... By "proposing" do you mean they have enquired and this seems possible/just a matter of formally applying ….??? Could you clarify "proposing" please?

… Because this may moderate my reaction, somewhat. The fact management was not that silly to sabotage the conversion of the OA's would restore confidence in their judgement for starters, but may also open the door for a possible good reason why they needed the money available "now".
..... There simply has to be a good reason for this. The dilution and disharmony it causes would not be worth the cost of a couple of million raised and SB must be blatantly aware of this. I am withholding any anger until I've heard the other side of the story.
