Yeah, my head is still spinning on this latest development .. trying to work out WHY?? place shares at this stage?

Is the short term looking much worse than we were lead to believe mgmt now see a much tougher road ahead so nil chance of OA's bringing in funds over the next 6wks so trying to get funds in asap?

or is it coming from a GSA / JV partner they want to work with RLE but part of the deal is a placement deal pre-ann ... but that doesn't make sense
