Well because if it is ..... It's even worse "here insto have some cheap shares don't buy on market"
then release good GSA etc and the SP hardly moves as most insto just dump shares as soon as they have a slim profit and run on the free opts .. could well see the SP not move anywhere towards targets it could have.

Just can't believe it after having it done to me at TMT recently and guess what the SP of TMT is now below CR price ... so I wouldn't be surprised to see RLE sub 10c once relisted
