Trying to think neutrally... Isnt this amount approximately the estimated cost of the pipeline? Perhaps Management giving the middle finger to “alternative offers of finance” and saying we will go it alone rather than accept low ball deals. Could be a number of scenarios but simply to raise at this stage for cash in bank is extremely unlikely???? An open offer (although doesn’t exist in Scott’s vocabulary) most likely wouldn’t suit the timeframe? I have voiced my disapproval in the past but will reserve judgement until we understand the necessity for the CR...
