Certainly need the facts as a plain old CR at this very moment would seem a very strange call for the most obvious of reasons. I can't imagine that. SB was recently sounding very comfortable in the future "money raising dept." One can only summize it's positive action for moving forward and opportunity(s) has presented itself.
Must wait and see.
