This is certainly disappointing unless the price is right. there was $3m cash in Dec, and $1m forecasted cash outflows jan-mar quarter for operations. This CR is certainly to fund Capex. OA’s were in the money if SB was a bit more patient, 60 days is not a lot of time. With positive sentiment, time certainly was on his side. He could have delayed any CR to get the OA’s exercised.
