BB....if that's correct (??? freshequities quoted a raise of 2.5mill with the capacity to go to 3.5mill max) i don't see how that's a positive at all....why give away even more of the company (at 5mill that's roughly 15% of the company) at 10.5c if "good things" are around the corner??? Doesn't make sense.....
