Tully, i agree on your points. However, i think pippet missed the point of my comment (or moreso construed my point for dramatic affect). The company clearly outlined the estimated outgoings in the most recent quarterly and remaining cash was more than sufficient to carry through to options conversion (even with an extension) or a funding/farm-in/pre-sales payment. The last CR was apparently carried out in such a way due to needing the funds "right now" ie. due to underestimating the funds required for the fraccing phase.....that's what we were told right? Here we are again, needing a quick fix as it seems we have another cost overrun/oversight. I have no problem with raising required funds to keep the business operations ticking along, what i do have a problem with is, what seems to be yet another mistake/oversight, leading to the big end of town taking another slice of our company at a hefty discount. Had the need been identified earlier (on both occasions), we the shareholders and part owners of the company, could've had the option to contribute funds (which inturn negates some of the dilution and places the shares into "safer hands") before placing any shortfall.
