Pippet! spot on. If they raised more at 8c people would have said... they're factoring in a poor result here. Jak, just maybe they knew they'd have to raise but would rather do it after flow rates and when they had a clearer understanding of how much things were going to cost. RLE probably expected the SP to be >20c by now. So maybe they're only raising a small amount to get through to reserves. Aftern that they can raise 40 mil at 30c

This is oil n gas exploration and its very expensive. I'd say RLE have done very well to get this far on such little funds.
