not much we can do when we are at the receiving end... that is a good dilution (good as in a good number of shares to be dished out to get a small chump change of $1m)...

the fact that they are not going for $2.5m or so tells me that they are not anticipating the ATO to be paid out of this and that shows some confidence in negotating with the ATO for now...this small CR is for getting ASX off the back after the 5B query...
