If anyone is serious about investing a decent amount into KNL, do yourself a favour and pay for a copy of the top 20, and then another one after the issue date for the new shares from the current CR, see who is participating 'once again' in this CR and then you should have fairly good indicators of whether to buy or not.

Just a quick question uni, if I cannot locate few of the BoD on the latest top20s that appeared in the previous few top20s, and there has been no change of director's interest notice ever since, where are they?
