well, not going to break the 5% holding barrier via this 10m shares so I guess we will have to wait until he/she/they grow to that 5%+ barrier... unless KNL identifies them today just to show us LTers that "worry not, there is an appetite for KNL from quality investors like Messers GRAPHITE INVESTORS Pty Ltd" or something on those lines...

If anyone is serious about investing a decent amount into KNL, do yourself a favour and pay for a copy of the top 20, and then another one after the issue date for the new shares from the current CR, see who is participating 'once again' in this CR and then you should have fairly good indicators of whether to buy or not.

"In recognition of the Company’s retail shareholders, the Company will also be providing eligible shareholders with the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan at the same issue price of 10c per Share (SPP)."

"Directors of the Company intend to take up their SPP entitlements." - hahah, @0.10c who wouldn't

I fully trust you and your research uni - and I am sure some new blood must have surely entered the registry in this $1m CR as you say !!!!

the identity will be known too soon - if they are big enough to be in the Top 20 then there will be movement there and we will know them for sure - matter of time or matter of spending few $ and getting the latest Top 20 list !!!
