WP no one seems to have replied to your message so I’ll give it a crack.
The company has the highest paid BOD and management team by double any other Tanz G hopeful (MNS still have some consultant company charging fees for work owned by some BOD members so there could be some argument there over top spot) 
The company is in dispute with the ATO over a 2 million dollar R&D rebate account 
Ecograf, their patented environmentally friendly G processing system is made up of off the shelf component parts that may be easily duplicated with some minor alterations (this is MOO)
Northern Graphite, a Canadian G company has something similar to Ecograf (environmently friendly) and is already rolling it out.
Shareholders here were told and were hopeful Germany and Europe would be their point of difference (with other G companies all looking to Asia [China]), for finance and future business, but that hope has ebbed away and like everyone else are now looking towards China to get their business funded and up and running. 
WP I have no view on this stock I am just an interested on looker, I own another G play that is trying to get funded to start like every other Tanz G hopeful.
