    I agree. Just checked they have the 7.1A - they do - resolution 15 of the last AGM.

    $9,800,000 / 0.038 = 258. million shares.    258 m / 1,888 m  = ~ 0.13 so less than 0.25.

    So seems they could take $9.8 million cash from Pato's (or some from elsewhere) under cash raising powers separate to the prospectus.
