As you would be well aware 18 months is being conservative of what needs to be done to arrive at the starting line for construction. AUZ havent begun or barely begun as they have no money. The secretary will receive another pay cheque - so what.
I’ve listed a short summary in previous posts on the issue. No doubt I’ve left out a heap of work! With respect, yes you do make some good points from time to time and believe it or not I mostly respect your viewpoints, however most are all tiring from the ‘industry pro’ thing so give it a rest. I’m in reality world, and aware of the enormous expenditure and timeframes involved. I certainly haven’t come down in the last shower, others may have.
