I have been involved in the field of mining projects for a few decades can you please explain what you mean by 18 months of preworks and planning before construction.
As you are not quite up to date with this project a fair bit of prep work has previously been done by MLM and the serious Gov approvals such as mining leases and EPA have been approved and there is no dealing with landowners for access for borefields and transmission lines as some others have.
Just curious where 18mths comes from before construction starts.
