Mate, your suggestion is basically just to hope everything turns out ok and to have complete trust in the board.
In my opinion there have been a few red flags, enough to suggest the BOD are not up to the task, and we would be better off getting a new BOD instead of continuing with BBs erratic management.
It seems there are a few in agreeance.
