It was removed on the capital restructure thread because I abused management. I won't do that here.
Basically back in 2016 our promised/allocated placements were cut short and given to the underwriter. Even tho the underwriter is supposed to be there as a backup in case the spp is under-scribed.
The SPP was oversubscribed!
Who was the underwriter?
