Grounds for a share holder class action ?
Now that really is an over exaggerated down ramp.......yes they have missed some deadlines, but I am sure that they had every intention of meeting them and would have liked too.
Agreed we are at the crossroads all of that, but in my mind there is no grounds for legal action, in fact they have done a fair bit. We are not talking about a company like VIC here.
Established pilot plant and produced high spec battery products
Drilling program
TRIED to woo a global conglomerate albeit so far not successful, but gee macro forces did not help their cause.
What would have YOU done differently...well you have not got the opportunity because your kicking it here on HC like the rest of us.
Turn it up that post was darn ridiculous.
As for the credit raise, after not getting the cash injection it had to happen, fact of life for a junior miner.
Yes it should have been done prior to the Bergen sign on...know all that.
BB has made some mistakes and I hated the smart alec response to the ASX in particular, but the signing of Marcus Hughes is in my mind is acknowledgement by the board that they were moving into the the transitional stage from explorer to producer and needed the experience to negotiate finance etc. Hence is arrival....or is there more to it ? M. Hughes arriving from FMG, SK 19.99% take up gone by the way, maybe not, maybe just a coincidence........
He has come on board and has worked with the cards he has been dealt he has; eliminated Bergen, possibly advised that the commercial in confidence ore discount was untenable in the long term. Organised a CR (now SK have not bought in either by choice most likely, or possible design, we will never know) not nice but required evil for only $5m........
Ill tell you what it's my opinion that there is a little more at play here than we are privy too. And it just might turn out to be positive in the medium to long term.
Again I will be either wrong or right and will live by my decision. Your statement re legal action is unfounded. There are way dirtier boards running lifestyle company's on the ASX than AUZ....they have never seen the inside of a court room, and they never will.
Paid for or not, the shares the board hold will give them one almighty pay day if they get AUZ to production...i'll bet they are trying hard to pull it off.
In many respects the cards have not fallen AUZ's way...maybe a little in experience prior to M. Hughes coming on board, maybe they always new there was a chance SK would play them, but thought gee if we can get them over the line....who here wouldn't have tried to do the same ?
Not one bear answered any of my questions from an earlier post after I conceded you guys to date are correct, tells me your not up for debate but rather posting for whatever personal agenda you guys hold.
If there happens to be a couple of really positive Anne's in the coming months, you guys of course will stop posting.
Most of you only post on bad news.
All in my opinion.
