It feels to me that there is some urgency in timing to get the funds through asap.
Already, the end of first quarter is looming up on us very quickly.
So instead of offering anything to share holders through a SPP.
Witch, would had been very welcome I am sure, but more time consuming, and speculative of all share holders
taking up their entitlements to raise the funds asked for in CR.
On the other hand I do give management credibility as they are proving not to waste time in moving forward.
Over the last week three announcements 19/02/19 RIU Explorers Conference, as it was on the same day commemorating First Birthday of our Signing of on the Off-take agreement term sheet with SK Innovation for 100% nickel and cobalt production from Sconi Project.
Update on Sconi - Off take 21/02/19 Negotiations with SK Innovation on the long-form off-take contract is continuing.
On the down side, SK Innovation declining on taking up the options offered to them in our company.
Beneficial in short term for SP but not long term for share holders.

Someone earlier in one of the treads mentioned about, why only $5m?
Yes WHY? $5m at $0.029 equates to approximately 6.1% of the outstanding shares.
Could it be "Big Picture" that with the new funding we are currently raising, the money raised will be enough to last us through to the total capital expenditure funding because there is someone already short listed that is willing to benefit financially out of building Sconi by providing the needed US $ 931b, and at the same time fulfilling the dream of a few from the beginning that multiplied into today's AUZ share holders.
Not ramping up or down, the way I feel and see things.
