The CR no it's not the best outcome, clearly a last minute one, as the company I believe firmly also believed SKI would take the options, but they didn't, again, my guess was wrong, only human, but the silver lining moment, is SKI now receive no discount to final price paid for the product, which in the long run, "if" and "when" this project is up and running and producing will be beneficial to the bottom line costs and returns.
the CR discount, yes low.. but people willing to take it, could very much average down, again, I wont be participating, all my funds are tied up in my house build..
2.9c is my break even average price.. fingers crossed it doesn't drop below, but again the market does wonderful and weird things..
moving forward, ill be posting far less, I am comfortable with my investment, the fundamentals of the company. the technical aspect, and the progression so far.. ill be waiting for news to flow, about the Revised BFS and its metrics, the fully updated JORC and reserves and feed grade. the EPCM contracts and which company has been awarded the tenders. and contract.
and finally NAIF involvement "if" it happens, and how Marcus has been working his magic with this funding structure and deal..
again, this is all my own representation of what is currently happening, and what my own personal belief's will be not hear to argue anymore, not here to debate the "bears" and "bulls" or "downrampers" / "uprampers" its not worth it anymore,
rather spend my time more constructively,

According to the calculation of issuing another 172M shares at 0.29c, would bring the SP to around 3.4-3.5c - Yes agree not ideal, but these investors whether it be individual, funds, brokers or corp's....I don't t think they would be interested in making a quick buck anyway.(IMO).
I mean if I was to participate in this, I definitely would not look at buying and selling, would rather hold till it goes back at least 3-4times, especially as to where the project is unto.
Anyway, that is my take on this.....
