Its amazing how downrampers are always upramping...

Its amazing how downrampers are always upramping themselves.

Downrampers always perceive themselves as the 'white knights' saving everyone their money if only you would listen to them.

Some even feel the need to downramp because they feel there are too many uprampers.

Some of our more passionate downrampers who consider themselves holy above holy are reporting to be holders of AUZ, so how concerned are they.

I personally don't care for down or uprampers, just state facts and of course room for conjecture, unbiased with regards to up or downramping, be respectful and if you have any try to be humble as everybody has been wrong about something on this forum!

In saying that, not a fan of CR's IF it is wasted and not put to good use.

$5 million... don't consider this to be a significant CR. Look forward to reading more as to the purpose of the CR and what it will be put towards.

My ultimate wish would be bank financing with NAIF but not sure how much of a reality that is. Happy for someone to explain why it is and/or why its not possible ie. cash in bank, etc.
