• An off-take term sheet has been agreed with SK Innovation under which SK is to purchase 100% of the battery-grade cobalt sulphate and nickel sulphate produced at Sconi for an initial seven-year period, with an option to extend the agreement for a further six years.
• Negotiations on the long-form off-take contract with SK Innovation are ongoing.
• Project financing discussions are well advanced.
• Subject to finance, construction is anticipated to commence in 2019.
• The Queensland Government has declared Sconi a prescribed project, which helps to streamline approvals and fast-track delivery of the project.

The above points sound quite positive, especially commencement of construction in 2019, and Qld Gvt prescribed project, but the SP decline over the last year says otherwise. Think I need to read the threads here on HC to get a more balanced understanding of this company.
