because on the completion of the deal we are $1.12 CASH BACK. The at risk component is $1 or 400m . That covers 3 assets - 1 producing 100m a year, 1 that is copy paste operation but with larger resources and 1 that is world class lowest cost percentile producer of high demand industry.
More importantly, how will shorters reverse their 100m shorted positions when it only trades 3m a day? its going to take alot of days to reverse that position and therefore a spectacular rally.
On top of that, this trading halt isnt simply about deal completion... Something more will be announced.
