I think the TH is only about the POSCO money hitting the account ...
However, as we know, as soon as this happens, a lot more happens. There will be another announcement straight away after it.
AT probably needs time to "get ready ", whatever that means.
So, TH has 2 aims: announce the Posco money AND "get ready" for the following announcement, whether it is TO or SDV deal or another rabbit off his hat.
