Announcement clearly states what the TH is about. And if you haven't read it:
it's not regarding possible TO.
Now, is there any GXY holders that have a clue to enlighten us:
Has the sale past the unconditional point. (No covenants)
And what else was left for the finalization of process?
if everything was finalized: was there any other tenaments Posco expressed interest to buy?
