Yes the Salta tenements in the POSCO transaction was US$15m out of the total US$280 So even if Salta judges decides to block the Salta transfer because he felt like it, GXY is still walking away with US$265m. Its too late for the downrampers whether they are hoping to buy lower or cover shorts. The Catamarca tenements for US$265m is already POSCO's land, and that cannot be reversed.
