I think this money is mainly for the Feasibility study so they go armed with proof for point four:

• Provide input data for the next stage of feasibility studies;
• Optimise grade/recovery performance and produce a spodumene concentrate to a minimum 6% Li2O grade;
• Confirm that a tantalum concentrate can be economically recovered; and
• Provide sample for potential customers and off-take partners.
