G'day Towie.  My old brain thought that if a public servant, on a Friday, and after that week that they had,  the posting of that relatively quite insignificant public notice would certainly have been the very last link in the chain.  Surely.  Think about it.   
The very best case that I can put for "management" is that Heatheringtons, who acted for them, stuffed up???
But, from experience, I'm not trying to find any case for management.  Managing a gold mine is, sadly, the last thing on their plates, too busy giving others "financial" advice while LNY paying them good dough, paid for with cheap shares. 
Note how nobody was there to answer the phones, so, probably nobody there to get the call from Heatheringtons or my congratulatory email soon after I posted on HC.

I'm still quite circumspect about the SP and waiting to see how "the market" reacts to the TH and when it is lifted, hopefully, first thing on Monday, as they've got all weekend to prepare anything new and cut and paste  the rest.
Remember, that proven gold is worth around $700 million at today's price, but, the way Laneway will manage it, it will only be worth around $300 million to them/us, possibly over 20 years. But, let's leave the sums until we have more definites, who knows, they might still sell it now that they've got the ML and save all the trouble of "managing" it??

And, I meant to say that I certainly didn't buy any shares before I posted re the ML, or after, did it immediately, like the company should have done.
