I would expect there to be additional news, as for the life of my I struggle to see the need for a TH just to announce Financial completion which should be a foregone conclusion.
Unless its great news though I can imagine any rise getting heavily sold into as people who held through the last gap close wont want to do it again, add in we are a month from a possible large CR to 'sophs'.
