So, 2c before AK, 2c after "completion of acquisition", and now...

So, 2c before AK, 2c after "completion of acquisition", and now we're thinking "financial completion" is the big mover? 

I'm not trying to be negative, but I don't see how this announcement is any more exciting than the AK Acquisition one; what am I missing? Are we also going to be celebrating a "ribbon cut on AK" announcement in 2-3 weeks, while still sitting at 2c?

Don't get me wrong, I think 2c is a great price; I just don't understand the hype from this TH.
