This will mean deal done , the market was smart enough ( SP wise ) to realise that up until its 100% paid for , signed sealed and delivered. There was always room ( Tinny tinny ) that the deal could crash and burn!
A bit like putting down the deposit on a Car/ House , always time for something to go wrong !
