I don't have any access to  the facts I'm asking for and don't know where to get them.
There seem to be some very learned and informed commentators on this thread but evasive to what any reasonable person would class as facts.
Let's be transparent here.....
Hooray there's  test site at a shopping centre in Warwick.  Really?
This could have been done at one of the universities that Clear Vue have some connection with.
In fact I would like to think that this sort of testing had been done and there were some figures.
Pragmatic and yes I repeat myself, try put this argument to bed......
What was the material cost of this new test site?
