For what it is worth I think it is a major financing package, not a CR. AM said in a presentation in Brisbane last year  he had 9 of the 10 companies they sent EOI's to, get back with offers to get involved so competition was very strong then. In all the CR's I have seen and I have not seen them all, the trading holt says "pending details of a capital raise", not pending a major financing announcement. Plus as plenty have mentioned lead stocks are very low and this is the probably the number 1 prize out there at the moment for lead. 

Anyway lets wait and see. Pretty exciting!
