Question is what exactly is this Major Financing initiative, various standard possibilities come to mind;

1. Unrelated Cornerstone Investment into G1A
2. Strategic Investment into G1A
3. Strategic Investment into G1A + Offtake rights
4. Pure Offtake
5. Strategic Investment into Project/JV
6. Combinations of the above
7. Capital Raise from Institutions/Sophs/Market 
8. Equity + Debt Financing
9. Debt Financing


7 is highly unlikely as brokers would have sent the term sheet worldwide by now and we would have seen it. 9 is unlikely as per my previous post. 8 is unlikely as per these comments. 4 is unlikely as the Halt wording doesn't correlate. That leaves some kind of cornerstone/strategic/JV

Whatever it is I am quite happy the words Major and Financing were used. Tells me we have a giant in the making here
