NRW announced ‘preferred’ contractor status on that contract on December 31, three weeks ago so yes more news is due...though thinking on this is not as exciting as on the great unknown......
To this point, a contract that has already been ‘recognised’ (hardly factored in at these prices) might explain why those shorts sellers are still so .... well openly hanging around. (At least I think they are.).
....And I think you are standing in front of the fridge and I always need to open the fridge door whenever I am in the kitchen...
