The Target Award Date for the Earthworks Eliwana Rail - 20 to 143km work was mooted as April 2019. That is 123km of the line, which should be worth about $250 to $300 million in round numbers, so Josh01's $268.66 million may be close to the mark. It is possible that because NWH had already bagged Stage 1 of the railway construction job, it could have been the stand-out contender with a detailed offer that did not require toing and froing to clarify it, and the Target Award Date brought forward as a result.
