Not as poor as Clements last effort if true though the CR price level is about the same from memory, depends on how much of the company they are giving up to progress more uncertain exploration drilling as opposed to capex for T3 so they can start self funding the drills.
I'd probably be happier to see them sell off T3 to Sandfire at a decent valuation with no dilution at all and give Sandfire a right of first refusal on further resource sales...
