I was thinking about adding a few hundred thousand more a wacko opened it up to buy 200k and got the surprise it had closed. You said it would go early to me but I thought date is so close it did not matter before Xmas or after it wasn’t months just weeks.
So yes sign the paperwork and then we have a deal on the table.
