i wouldn't read too much into the cap raise wording of "substantial". This would mean they are going to Max the 15% placement capacity in my opinion rather than big dollars at this point. A good decision as they are waiting on the resource calcs which could be the catalyst to a higher price to then raise with less dilution (which I know the current board is very conscious of).

A modest CR at this stage with resource calcs to follow and a focus on turning this around and getting some runs on the board.
