It looks like the company has raised the capital the announcement states a "material capital raising" not a proposed capital raising.
Hopefully funds have been raised at a higher price than the current 1.8 cents which would support the company's potential and all the better if it's Tribune Res who have bought in at 10 cents and can afford to continue supporting the company and their investment.
Have a hold recommendation but if it's the case as above it would be a buy as it would add confidence.
