Max, I am with you in the status of the deal & rationale behind the release timing.
My take on it is that the formalities will be cleared up on Friday & then the results from the analysis quickly following. I just can’t see them being announced on a Friday. So I reckon there will be 2 announcements within a week or so.
I have no doubts that this is all positive.
