    I don't know if you guys noticed but I thought there appeared to be some steady and serious accumulation of $VEC by someone over the past 2-3 weeks.

    Did anyone else see the continual parcels of 300000 being bought at 1.9 three or four times a day?

    It would be interesting to see some brokers data.
    I didn't think the volume re $VEC was too bad in December given the recent market conditions.
