As a result of this pending waiver application, that ASX has requested that the Company remainin a trading suspension. The ASX have indicated that the result of the waiver application willbe available by close of business Wednesday, 16 January 2019.

COB is 7.30pm for the ASX.
No doubt VEC will then need to put a announcement together including their response... I can't see us hearing anything until nearer to 10am tomorrow.
