BK, fir me, logic suggest the news is good, because if there were delays, why go into a trading halt-- we have had plenty of delays over the last year-- if the deal is dead- very unlikely after so many positive updates over the last year- so I believe the deal is done with a few minor conditions which I presume the company believe they would have sorted within the 3 day TH.

I also believe we will walk through a few shares between 2.5 and 3.5 before any real significant further uplift in the shares, but I also believe we will get a corporate on board to eat up some of the tired shareholders
