Strange, when Prana started dosing volunteers, the NASDAQ price was around 2.20, ignoring the short spike up to about 2.90, then over the course of of the trial so far, the price has halved. That is not usually how it works IMO. Is that abysmal PR or just manipulation that was going to happen anyway. Maybe the PR dept is about to redeem themselves

Then there is US tax selling where investors offload stocks before end of December(end of US tax year) using the loss to minimize taxable gains, then able to buy back after 30 days. At least the hold put a stop to that.
